As a Growth Specialist, you’ll own end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns across email and mobile app notification and drive upsell and service activation across existing installed base. You’ll plan, launch, analyze, and continuously improve campaigns with a strong sense of urgency and a hands‑on, data‑driven approach.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan & launch multichannel campaigns to existing SolarEdge system owners – work with regional teams to define audience rules, craft journeys, implement and execute across HubSpot, Braze and additional platforms.
- Own performance analysis: monitor funnel metrics (open/click/submit/lead quality, attach rate, conversion to sale), and run A/B tests to improve conversion and ROI.
- Segment the installed base using eligibility rules (product mix, region, usage) and maintain clean targeting lists; iterate quickly based on data signals.
- Optimize journeys: test creative, timing, offers, and nurturing cadences; scale winning variants and retire underperforming ones.
- Coordinate lead routing and status updates with Installer CRM workflows; partner with Sales Ops/Regional teams to ensure timely follow‑up and closed‑loop reporting.
- Instrument tracking: set UTMs, events, pixels, and measurement plans; ensure accurate source attribution.
- Report and communicate weekly results, insights, and next actions; maintain campaign playbooks/templates for reuse.
- 2–5 years in Growth/Lifecycle/CRM marketing or Marketing Operations, with proven hands‑on campaign ownership and measurable impact.
- Data‑oriented, hands‑on executor who thrives in rapid testing and iteration; comfortable building segments, workflows, and analytics from scratch.
- HubSpot and Braze (strong advantage): lists/segments, workflows, forms, custom properties, reporting, Canvas, in‑app messaging, push, experiments, analytics.
- Strong experiment design and A/B testing skills; familiarity with statistical significance and guardrail metrics.
- Fluency with Excel/Sheets.
- BI dashboards (PowerBI / QlickSense) – Advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency.
- Sense of urgency, quick learner, and quick doer; comfortable working cross‑region and cross‑functional.
- Experience in energy/IoT, consumer apps, or B2C services – Advantage.
