Field Service Electrician

We’re looking for a Field Service Electrician to join our Sydney team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide on-site service, support, and training for SolarEdge systems. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and commission SolarEdge systems at residential and commercial sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for installers and customers, providing guidance on best practices and technical support.
- Train installers and customers on system installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Conduct site audits and system reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and quality standards.
- Support the internal team with insights from the field to enhance service and system performance.
- Valid NSW electrical license (mandatory) – electrical engineers will not be considered.
- Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
- CPR, LVR, First Aid, White Card, Working at Heights, and valid driver’s license (all mandatory).
- 3+ years’ experience in the solar industry, including at least 1 year in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Electrical contractor license and SAA certification are a plus.
