SolarEdge with Range of Secure Energy SolarEdge Solutions for Commercial and Residential Markets at ENEX 2023

February 27, 2023 – Global leader in smart energy technology, SolarEdge, will exhibit at ENEX 2023, On 8-9 March 2023, where it will showcase commercial photovoltaic solutions and the 'SolarEdge Home' smart energy management system.

Commercial energy technologies are an important and growing area of SolarEdge's business. ENEX visitors will be able to see the latest developments that further enhance safety in commercial PV installations. SolarEdge will be showcasing the next generation of S-Series power optimisers, enhanced with the industry's first SolarEdge Sense Connect technology. With thermal sensors that monitor and react to abnormal overheating of connectors, so that - instead of just detecting the occurrence of arcing (continuous electrical discharge) - it can also help be prevented. SolarEdge Sense Connect technology makes it possible to stop the energy flow before an arc can occur. With module-level visibility, operators and maintenance (O&M) are alerted to the location of a faulty connector, and this means repairs can be carried out easily and quickly. This helps to maximise system safety, uptime and reduce O&M costs.

Michal Marona (country manager SolarEdge Polska) and Mariusz Potocki (commercial sales manager SolarEdge Polska) will talk about the safety of commercial PV installations and the role of S-Series power optimisers in this regard. The lecture will take place on 9 March during the Solar+ Forum, a conference dedicated to the PV industry held during the ENEX trade fair.

SolarEdge Home optimises solar energy production, battery storage, and consumption within the home to minimise electricity costs.

The SolarEdge stand at ENEX is not only a good opportunity to learn about a comprehensive offer for investing in a photovoltaic system, but also a chance to win attractive prizes - drones. A safety knowledge quiz awaits visitors to the SolarEdge Home stand, and a live competition is planned for installers. Their task will be to design a photovoltaic installation in ten minutes in the free SolarEdge Designer design tool. The design that comes closest to the competition requirements will be the winner.
