SolarEdge Wins 2023 Sustainability Leadership Award from Business Intelligence Group
SolarEdge was recognized as a sustainability leader for the contribution of its products to the worldwide transition from centralized, fossil fuel-based energy to clean, distributed, and renewable power generation and consumption. This contribution was facilitated by the millions of homes and variety of global businesses that are generating solar power using the SolarEdge solar systems, allowing for the annual voidance of over 31 million tonnes CO2e of emissions, every year.
February 2012 – SolarEdge selected for the SunSpec Open Standards Champion award in the Supplier category
This award recognizes the PV component manufacturer or solution provider that best demonstrates the concept of “backing up words with action”. SolarEdge was singled out for its outstanding contributions to standards development (SolarEdge was a key contributor to SunSpec standards for inverter monitoring, inverter control, and module-level management), its vocal promotion of PV standards as a mechanism for driving inefficiency from the PV supply chain, and for deploying standards-compliant products in solar plants around the world.
January 2011 – SolarEdge Wins the Red Herring Global 100 Award 2010
The Red Herring Global 100 Award honors the world’s top 100 leading private companies from North America, Europe, and Asia, out of 1,200 contesters and 200 finalists. SolarEdge was recognized for its innovation and technology in the PV power optimization market.
January 2011 – SolarEdge Wins CCBJ’s 2010 Solar Power Technology Merit Award
VOTUM s.r.o, SolarEdge’s partner in the Czech Republic, has received the award for its display of the SolarEdge power harvesting system in the FOR ARCH 2010 exhibition in Prague. FOR ARCH, held this year for the 21st time, is the biggest international building trade fair in the Czech Republic, hosting hundreds of both local and foreign exhibitors from various sectors of the building industry and attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually.
July 2010 – SolarEdge Honored As a European Leader in Innovation by the International Business Awards
SolarEdge was named Distinguished Honoree in the category of “the Most Innovative Company of the year in Europe” for 2010, by the International Business Awards, as a part of the global Stevies awards. Honorees were selected from over 1,700 entries from more than 40 countries and determined through two rounds of judging by professionals worldwide.

The Red Herring 100 Europe award is a prestigious list honoring the year's most promising private technology ventures from the European business region.
March 2010 – SolarEdge Named a GoingGreen East Top 50 Private Company by AlwaysOn
