SolarEdge and INA Energy Signed Strategic Memorandum of Understanding

Taipei, Taiwan (June 24, 2024) - SolarEdge Technologies, a global leader in smart energy technology, today announced the expansion of their collaboration with INA Energy, a professional renewable energy services company, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Intersolar exhibition in Munich, Germany last week (22nd). This collaboration will enable INA to expand the sales of SolarEdge residential and commercial solar portfolio and energy storage systems in Taiwan.

The cooperation will help promote the application of solar and energy storage systems for developers and businesses to facilitate the energy transition and achieve net-zero emissions goals. Projects set to begin execution include large-scale solar installations in the Pintung area, large-scale storage applications in the Pintung area, as well as smart micro-grid applications.

The cooperation will enable INA to offer SolarEdge  TerraMax^TM Inverter and H1300 power optimizer solution, as the solution in their future PV projects. The SolarEdge TerraMax^TM inverter is designed for small-medium ground-mounted solar systems to optimize system power generation and reduce operational costs.

INA has been an important strategic partner for SolarEdge in Taiwan over the past couple of years. The two Companies recently collaborated on a landmark 17MW floating solar installation in Linbian, Pingtung, as well as a 908kW agrivoltaic demonstration site.
