Sales & Support Demand Planner

What will you be doing:

  • Manage SE Sales and Support warehouse (3PL) daily activities, including issuing work plans.
  • Mentor and train other sales and support hubs globally.
  • Develop and oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor supply plans, inventory levels, and supervise inventory cycle counts.
  • Track order preparation, fulfillment, and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Analyze shipment data and progress against quarterly targets.
  • Prioritize shipments based on stock availability, customer needs, and warehouse capacity.
  • Participate in the development of distribution centers and depots in SolarEdge territories worldwide.
  • Initiate process improvements in the order fulfillment process.
  • Lead projects to optimize delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize ERP, QlikView BI, and Agile systems in daily work.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in sales operations, planning, logistics or supply chain roles preferably in high-tech companies
  • Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel
  • Fast learner, Independent and autodidact, who has the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Excellent English - a must
  • Customer oriented with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
  • Hardworking, dedicated, and responsible
