We are looking for a Management Assistant to serve as a personal assistant for the company’s management.
What will you be doing:
- Ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment
- Managing the management’s calendars
- Coordination of business trips and agendas
- Managing external visits and guests to the company
- Front desk tasks and administrative services
- Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Assist the administration team with team tasks
- Previous experience in a similar position in high tech companies - Advantage
- High level English, reading, writing and speaking
- Excellent Office skills
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi- tasking
- Academic Education – advantage
- Full time job with availability for additional hours
