The ERP Sales & Support group is responsible of all Sales & Support related processes in the ERP system along with multiple other systems, we design, develop and implement global processes that have genuine influence for all SolarEdge users worldwide!
Our group gathers new requirements, builds reports, creates interfaces, leading IS projects and a lot more!
What will you be doing:
- IT professional focal point in ERP implementation project in the Sales & Support domain
- Ownership of several Sales & Support modules in the ERP and other related systems
- Conducting system training for new users and periodic training for existing users
- Characterization & implementation of specific needs in the system adjusted to existing process
- Characterization & implementation of new processes
- Write design documents
- Software testing for new developments
- Providing daily service to the system’s users
- Control and support interfaces between the organization’s systems
- Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 2-years of experience in implementation and analysis of Oracle ERP system
- Experience (as Business Analyst) with Oracle Cloud ERP solution - an advantage
- Experience writing business design
- Experience with logistics modules (OM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, WMS)
- Knowledge and understanding of Oracle ERP data model – an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes, with an emphasis on Sales and Support processes.
- Excellent SQL knowledge
- Strong in written and verbal English – must
- Team Player, self-motivated and extremely detail-oriented
- Technical understanding and ability to learn
- Time management, ability to multitask
