We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented and highly organized Internal Communications & Employee Experience Coordinator to help us bring our company culture to life. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day execution of internal communications and employee experience activities, helping to keep our people informed, engaged, and connected.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their communications career who wants to make an impact in a global, fast-paced company and gain experience across communications, events, and culture-building initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Write and edit internal communications including newsletters, intranet updates, company announcements, and event recaps 
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, digital signage, etc.) 
  • Support the coordination and promotion of employee events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with creative content creation, including visuals, presentations, and videos for internal use 
  • Help document and share highlights from employee experience initiatives across the organization 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging 
  • Gather feedback and engagement insights to continuously improve content and activities 

  • 1–2 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, HR, or related fields (internships included!) 
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a good eye for visual content 
  • Enthusiasm for creating positive, engaging experiences for employees 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail 
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude 
  • Familiarity with communication and design tools (e.g., Canva, SharePoint, HubSpot, email platforms) – an advantage
