Business Finance Manager - ERP

SolarEdge is looking for Business Finance Manager.
The Manager will have a good knowledge of financial business processes. Be able to interface with both financial/accounting and non-financial stakeholders. A successful candidate must be effective in understanding customers’ goals and challenges and be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken formats. A strong knowledge of financial ERP, is preferred as is a willingness to learn new products, processes and skills.
What will you be doing:
- Work with customers to clearly document requirements and generate clear specifications and test cases factoring in all system areas.
- Work within a cross functional team to deliver high quality development to customers.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, well written and well presented.
- Work closely with the development teams to ensure that solutions are comprehensive.
- Provide support to team members, customers and other departments as directed on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (5) years’ experience with Finance aspect of an ERP software solutions
- Responsible for managing a team, optimizing financial processes, and playing a key role in strategic business planning.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts
- Establish clear objectives, drive performance management, and foster professional development within the team.
- Encourage a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
- Previous experience in business analytics or comparable relevant role.
- A minimum of 3 year of experience implementing some combination of Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice modules
- Solid understanding of general and financial business processes
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills are required.
- Good technical skills and understanding of software development cycles.
- Good command of written English is mandatory, other languages would be beneficial.
- A good understanding of Waterfall and Agile processes would be beneficial.
- The ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
- Self-motivated, team player with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload and deliver to strict deadlines.
- A desire to learn and develop own skills would be an advantage.
TRAVEL
- Travel at times may be required up to 20%, however on average travel will typically be lower.
