Finance Business Partner – Operations Division

As SolarEdge continues to scale, we are seeking a senior finance leader to partner with the Operations Division and provide comprehensive financial leadership and oversight.

 

What will you be doing:

  • Serve as the key finance lead for the Operations Division, managing end-to-end financial planning and control processes.
  • Own and oversee the full budget cycle, including budget planning, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to operations leaders by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead the implementation of financial processes, tools, and controls to support business scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and financial discipline within operations.
  • Lead cross-functional financial initiatives in collaboration with finance, operations, and corporate teams.
  • Develop and maintain business models, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to monitor operational and financial performance.
  • Ensure alignment between financial outcomes and the strategic goals of the Operations unit.
  • Leverage systems and data tools to improve visibility and automation of financial information.


Requirements:

 

  • BA degree in Economics, Finance, or Business – a must; MBA or other advanced degree – an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance roles with a focus on business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.
  • Strong background in working closely with senior leadership, ideally in a global or tech/manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and cost control processes in complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills – a must.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in working with ERP and BI systems – advantage.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and ability to lead without formal authority.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations finance. Ideally, for hardware products companies with global manufacturing and supply chain footprint.
