We’re looking for a Supply Chain Sales Admin. to join our manufacturing site

Sella 1 in the north of Israel.

  • Evaluate stock availability (raw materials and finished goods) based on existing inventory and production commitments.
  • Review incoming sales requests and determine feasibility of supply.
  • Make operational decisions regarding whether a sale can be approved based on actual availability.
  • Communicate regularly with the warehouse to confirm stock levels and incoming/outgoing movements.
  • Monitor and follow up on orders through delivery.
  • Report approved/declined sales to the Production Planning Manager with supply implications.
  • Maintain continuous coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar operational or sales coordination role.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory processes – strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Position location: Ziporit Industrial Zone, Nof Hagalil
