We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer to be part of our Commercial and Industrial business unit, who can understand product technicalities and translate them into valuable propositions for different buyer persona.
As a Product Marketing Manager in SolarEdge, you'll be responsible for developing the 'story' of our commercial products for various audiences by working with our Product, Marketing and Sales teams. In addition, you’ll work on new product launches and will own the product-related communication to the market.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Craft new products’ value propositions across marketing channels that clearly communicate new products’ benefits to our customers.
- Transform technical product capabilities into compelling messaging later translated into tangible marketing and sales assets, including: sales presentations, product brochures, whitepapers, articles, webinars, video scripts, and more.
- Develop sales tools and communicate products’ value to sales and marketing.
- Plan and take part in the launch of new products and work together with other departments on such launches.
- Become a subject matter expert with deep understanding of our clients' needs, target audiences, market trends and the competitive landscape, to guide positioning and continuously differentiate SolarEdge offering.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute and ensure the alignment of the product marketing initiatives across the organization and globally.
- 4+ years' experience in product marketing /technical marketing / marketing. Advantage: Prior experience with B2B2C hardware products.
- A strong storyteller that can transform complex technical ideas into product value propositions. Background in copywriting is a plus.
- Experience participating in product rollout processes activities and campaigns.
- Excellent English - Highly articulated and clear in both speaking and writing - mother tongue level an advantage.
- High technical orientation – must.
- Ability to work independently, while managing multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
- BSc/MBA or similar field.
