SolarEdge to showcase its comprehensive solution “SolarEdge Home” at MCE 2022

20 June, 2022 – SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (“SolarEdge”), a global leader in smart energy technology, will present SolarEdge Home, a portfolio of home energy management products and solutions, at MCE EXPOCOMFORT 2022 in Milan (Fiera Milano, 28 June - 1 July). Designed to optimise production, usage and storage of domestic solar energy, this innovative solution perfectly meets the evolving energy requirements of homeowners.

SolarEdge Home is a comprehensive portfolio of home energy management products, including the SolarEdge Home inverters, SolarEdge Home Hub batteries, Backup Interface, smart modules with integrated power optimiser and smart energy devices - such as electric vehicle chargers, thermal storage controllers and smart meters, as well as an operating system that synchronises, monitors and controls all devices in the system. Designed to harvest more energy from the sun, the DC coupled solution optimises energy use by powering loads directly from the sun, storing excess energy and providing real-time recommendations adapted to changing energy needs.

At the heart of the solution, the SolarEdge Home Operating System bases load and scheduling recommendations on the homeowner's energy use patterns and preferences, extending backup time and reducing grid dependency.
