We are looking for a Hardware Electronic Engineer to join our team in Umbertide, Italy.
What will you be doing?
- HW Design for Automotive Application
- Electronic Design for Low/High Voltage Electronics applications (Schematics; Design review; Support to Layout design)
- Creation of HW technical documentations (HW requirements; HW design descriptions; HSI (HW-SW Interface)
- R&D Test Activities
- Verification and test (HW building block test; HW requirements test; Environmental test; EMC test)
- HW Technical Documentation (Test Plan; Test Strategy; Test Reports)
- Support to Q&R for Quality & Reliability Analysis
- Support to Production
- Cooperation within worldwide SolarEdge e-Mobility departments and SolarEdge Companies.
- Academic Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Experience of 3 to 7 years of electronics design and test (preference for Automotive industry)
- Analogue and digital electronic design and test (preference for automotive application)
- Good knowledge and skill in OrCAD, PCB Editor, Spice simulators.
- Good knowledge and ability to use laboratory instruments and tools.
- Knowledge about Design Validation process
- Quality & Reliability knowledge basics (ISO26262 knowledge basics)
- Italian business fluent
- English business fluent
- Willingness to cooperate with intercultural world-wide Engineering teams
